Planning a business move should begin almost immediately after you've decided to relocate. To enable Robinsons to deliver the maximum service effectiveness, we certainly need discussions to begin long before you have a fixed moving date.
The planning process begins when we visit your current premises to assess your requirements by looking at all of the varying elements involved in your business move. We will work through a comprehensive checklist to ensure all aspects are covered. From there, we will carry out a survey and provide a quotation, based upon your specific criteria and all the elements involved in your relocation.
Through a series of planning meetings we will create a moving programme specifically for your company and its individual needs.
We will arrange planning meetings to develop your individual move programme and arrange Personnel briefings, as well as providing useful hints and tips for packing and labelling - it's important to involve personnel in the moving process as it's a time of change for them too.
Vitally, you will have a single point of contact throughout your relocation - your dedicated Project Manager, who will oversee the move from beginning to end.
