Robinsons raises the standard

Robinsons is one of the first to be awarded BS 8522, the new British Standard developed specifically for commercial and domestic furniture removals companies.
The new standard, which replaces former quality measure, PAS126, ensures activities such as obtaining preliminary information and quotes, undertaking the commercial moving service professionally and monitoring the process for quality, as all undertaken. BS 8522 establishes a minimum level of service and performance for companies dealing with the moving of office or business equipment.
