Project management
Your dedicated project manager will oversee your move from beginning to end. This incorporates all the major elements of the transition, including pre-move meetings, packing and labelling, health and safety issues, liaising with move crews and team leaders and de-briefing with clients once the relocation is completed, to report back on any issues noticed during the course of the move that need the client's attention.
Project management mainly revolves around the physical move, from attending pre-move meetings and briefing the client's staff on labelling procedures, packing requirements and the timing of the move to ensuring crates are in the right position, checking Health and Safety requirements, briefing the Moving crews and liaising with move supervisors and client's staff throughout the move.
Of course, most companies do not employ specific staff to arrange moving, and there is very little time for arranging a move during the normal course of business activities. Even large companies with sizeable Facilities Management departments are sometimes stretched when a major relocation occurs. Robinsons' appointed Project Manager will have the knowledge and experience to resolve this problem, however large or small.
