Packing

All packing is carried our under the supervision of the Robinsons team leader who can be easily identified by his yellow top. The team leader will also provide a key source of help and support to your employees throughout the moving process.

On moving day, floor and door protection keeps your old and new premises free from knocks, scrapes and dirt.

All packing is carried out utilising a colour coded labelling system to ensure that everything is moved to its correct position in your new premises.

Moving IT equipment

A dedicated move plan can be devised in conjunction with your own IT department. Our experienced technicians will decommission your equipment, provide labelling and prepare an audit sheet to be kept with each unit ready to be moved.

Robinsons provide special computer crates for the removal of IT equipment. Specially designed bags cover and protect screens. Anti-static bags keeps the keyboard, mouse and wires together whilst inside the crate and anti-static bubble-wrap protects the PC tower.

Each crate holds one PC and is securely sealed for transit. All crates are clearly labelled with colour codes and position numbers for the appropriate workstation or desk area in the new premises.

We can supply all anti-static bubble-wrap materials for staff to pack for themselves if required.
