Your recycling service for office furniture is excellent; helping offices to get rid of unwanted furniture not into Landfill sites, but to other organisations who will make good use of it. The warehouse facility is impressive. Your colleague Richard Clarke knew about the stock and was helpful beyond our expectations as we sought out specific items we required for the new Community Centre.

 

We managed to get almost everything we needed from your one-stop-shop. You even managed to fit the big furniture onto one of your vans that "was passing", so we didn't even have to hire a van.

I would just like to congratulate you on what a fantastic team you run, every time Miele have used Robinsons you have been great. Your lads are always polite, even when I add more furniture to the move, they smile (with gritted teeth I expect) but they always do it for me. Even when I ring the office the girls are always really friendly and helpful.

 

I talk to Lynn a lot re: removals and she is always on the ball. I couldn't believe you moved my water feature for me at no extra cost! I would not hesitate to pass your name onto other customers. Keep up the good work.

Concept Building Solutions contracted Robinsons Removals in July of this year to complete our relocation from existing premises into our new office building in Preston.

 

From the outset Robinsons dealt with the planning of the move with the utmost professionalism and at no time was there any element of doubt on our part with regard to the physical move of our office environment.

 

Rob Abbott (Robinsons Contact) visited our old o ffice to assess the requirement also visited the new office to check for any possible issues that may have arisen well before the actual move date.  In addition to this Robinsons also supplied packing equipment which allowed us more than enough time to pack, ready for the switch.

 

Over the weekend of our relocation Robinsons completed the move comfortably on schedule with a large number of staff and two vehicles.  The move was seamless and was completed with the very minimum of disruption.  Again Rob visited site during the weekend to check on the progress of the move and assist us.

 

In summary, our office move went as smoothly as could be expected and at commencement of work on the Monday, following the relocation we were able to continue working with no disruption.

 

I have no hesitation in highly recommending Robinsons for their efforts during our move and would not hesitate in using them for any future requirement.
