Your Move Manager
Every move with Robinsons International will be co-ordinated and managed by a dedicated Move Manager, someone who fully understands the business and knows exactly what stage your move is at at any given moment. As your single point of contact, your Move Manager will ensure regular communication so that any problems or concerns are picked up early and resolved quickly.
During the move process the Move Manager co-ordinates and manages a lot of information. Our state-of-the-art computerised customer tracking system keeps an up-to-date record of your move, including a record of each discussion that has taken place regarding the move. This information is accessible by the dedicated team allotted to your move. So even if your Move Manager is not available for any reason, we can easily track the progress of your move.
