I wanted to write to you formally and let you know how delighted we were with the service Robinsons provided for our move on 27th October.  From our first conversation you were most helpful and extremely efficient.  I would also like to thank the two removal men personally as they were absolutely brilliant!!  They made a potentially very stressful day into one which I shall remember with happiness.  They were kind and considerate and made me feel that nothing was too much trouble.  They worked very methodically and I trusted them completely. The move was not an easy one for them as it involved taking furniture and boxes upstairs using a spiral staircase in our new home.  However they were incredibly hardworking and extremely helpful throughout the day. Once again thank you and please pass on my thanks to your team for all their help.
