I am writing to say that my shipment had been delivered to me in St Anthony, Newfoundland, without much fuss, thank you!

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you how much I had appreciated the work you and your team at Robinsons did and the support I had during my move to Canada. The fact that I left in a rush and left everything in your care did not seem to have made much difference. Your group had been very, very thorough and professional all the way. I am still opening the boxes and do smile when I find things I probably would have left behind myself, like the telephone directory etc. However it does show the attention to detail that your team attaches to a move like this. I have not finished opening the all the boxes yet but I have so far opened the ones I immediately require - thanks to the meticulous labeling. And thanks to your work I immediately began to feel at home again as soon as I started sleeping on my own bed and using my own crockery.

Picking a moving company out of the yellow pages was really taking a chance but right from the first contact with you, from the discussions we had and the information you gave me I knew I had made the right choice. This was because you seem not only to know what you were talking about but you were even addressing issues that I would never had thought of.

You may use this letter as evidence from a very satisfied customer if you want to but with this level of professionalism I am sure you would have more like this. Thanks for all the good work.
