I am writing to compliment you on the service we have thus far received from your team. Robinsons moved the contents of our House in the Lot region in France last Saturday 7th January 2012. It was a sad occasion for us saying goodbye, but your two removal staff Ted Parker and Stephen Waters made the day bearable.
Ted and Stephen are at the opposite ends of the age spectrum but it was great to see the two in action together, they really worked as a team, and from the moment they arrived at our house they were a real example of great customer service. Some of our packing was not that great, but they both took the trouble to pack things up where they felt it was not up to Robinsons standards, and demonstrated the utmost care with our belongings. Both were unfailingly cheerful and polite.
I would also like to mention Lynne Mainstone and Trevor Stoneman who organised our move, insurance and the storage of our belongings until we find a new home in the UK, again both were efficient and ensured everything was in place. Trevor even called over the Christmas period to check on the exact map ref for our house.
I will happily recommend you to anyone needing removal services in this country or overseas. Please pass on our thanks.

Your company has recently completed a move of our belongings from our 4 bedroom home in Bolton, Greater Manchester, to Sydney Australia. As you would appreciate, it has been a major undertaking for us and I wanted to write to commend your company for the very high quality of service that we have experienced from start to finish.
Firstly, the visit to our home and quoting process was quick and efficient, especially compared to 2 other companies who we also invited to quote for the job. Then, and very importantly, the packing of our belongings undertaken over 2 days was done extremely professionally and smoothly. There was little work required by ourselves and it was also notable that everything from beds to books was wrapped and packaged with care.
Not surprisingly, when your counterparts in Sydney (Wridgeways) delivered and unpacked for us (which was also done on time and efficiently), all of our possessions were in good order and there were no breakages.
In summary, we were initially nervous about the cost and stress involved in the move of our family’s belongings overseas. The result has been that the moving process was made worry-free and easy for us due to the professionalism of your company.
We would be happy to recommend your business to others who are considering a large-scale move such as ours and we would consider what you did for us to be excellent in both quality and value for money.

I didn't have time to fill in the QC form yesterday with everyone looking over my shoulder, but its all good.
You said that the truck would arrive at approx 3pm, and I was absolutely flabbergasted when my door bell rang at exactly 3pm.
Callum and Chris were friendly, courteous, polite and got the job done without any problems what so ever. I have moved internationally so many times, I have lost count, and I have to say that Callum and Chris are the best crew I have had to date. Admittedly I didn't have a big load and access to the house was pretty good.
I hope that you have some system in place for this feedback to get back to the boys, they deserve it, as these days there is far too much negativity around and when a job is well done, they deserve that pat on the back.

From the quotation to packing up my furniture to delivery everything went without a hitch. I just wanted to send you a big "THANK YOU" for all your help over the last couple of weeks: all my belongings arrived safely, both packing/unpacking crews were awesome - in fact, the guys from San Luis Obispo went far beyond duty and were very impressed by the careful packing and the material used by Robinsons Intl.! :)I'll start unpacking the remaining boxes tonight and will let you know if anything is damaged, but so far everything looks great!

When you move from Singapore to the UK you expect a quite traumatic experience….how wrong could we be. We can only say how impressed we were with the whole experience. It was a joy and a pleasure to deal with everyone along the way.
- At very short notice the quote was efficiently prepared and the go forward plan put in place to our satisfaction
- KC-Dat Asian Tigers did a great job and the Packing Team were simply outstanding

I am writing to say that my shipment had been delivered to me in St Anthony, Newfoundland, without much fuss, thank you!
I would like to take this opportunity to tell you how much I had appreciated the work you and your team at Robinsons did and the support I had during my move to Canada. The fact that I left in a rush and left everything in your care did not seem to have made much difference. Your group had been very, very thorough and professional all the way. I am still opening the boxes and do smile when I find things I probably would have left behind myself, like the telephone directory etc. However it does show the attention to detail that your team attaches to a move like this. I have not finished opening the all the boxes yet but I have so far opened the ones I immediately require - thanks to the meticulous labeling. And thanks to your work I immediately began to feel at home again as soon as I started sleeping on my own bed and using my own crockery.
Picking a moving company out of the yellow pages was really taking a chance but right from the first contact with you, from the discussions we had and the information you gave me I knew I had made the right choice. This was because you seem not only to know what you were talking about but you were even addressing issues that I would never had thought of.
You may use this letter as evidence from a very satisfied customer if you want to but with this level of professionalism I am sure you would have more like this. Thanks for all the good work.
