Should the individual or family experience any problems during their tenancy we can assist them in their dealings with their landlord and / or property manager. In addition we can act on their behalf when renewing their tenancy agreement and facilitate the exit from their rented accommodation at the end of their tenancy.

Service Specification:

Tenancy Renewals

• Draft and issue necessary notice letter to deadline by recorded delivery

• Draft and issue renewal document or check Landlord's document in a timely fashion

• Negotiate, advise and co-ordinate rent increases and payments

• Co-ordinate signature and return of agreements by both parties

 

Tenancy close down

• Co-ordinate with Tenant/Occupier on utilities/keys/access

• Give notice in a timely fashion

• Arrange end of tenancy cleaning with quotes in advance

• Arrange  Inventory Check Out

• Closure of utility and Council Tax accounts with relevant final bills and refunds due

• Full negotiations on dilapidation claims from Landlord under a tenant Letter of Guarantee and on return of any Deposit
