We offer an extensive range of outplacement services designed around the needs of the employee’s spouse/partner and the client’s budget. Rather than a having a prescriptive programme of support, our flexible service allows the individual to work with a specially matched consultant to decide what elements of support will best help them in their move.

A bespoke range of outplacement services designed around the needs of the employee’s spouse / partner and the client’s budget. The design of the package would include:

An initial meeting to introduce the services on offer and determine the person’s needs

A pre-defined number of hours of personal coaching

A pre-defined number of flexible credits which the person can then exchange for:
additional personal coaching,
psychometric tests
workshops, such as Self Employment, Franchises, Job Search and Interview Techniques, etc.
extended use of the on-line database.
access to the faculty of expertise which provides information and advice on topics such as management consultancy, working in the public sector, image coaching, assertiveness, stress management, etc.

A pre-defined timeframe within which the person can access one of the regional resource centres, with access to workspaces, research materials and administrative support.

A pre-defined number of months access to an on-line research database and training tool
