  • Initial discussion to identify the family's housing requirements

  • Research the housing market to identify properties that match the family's requirements and put together an itinerary of these properties for the family to visit

  • Accompany the family on their house viewings

  • Negotiate terms of lease

  • Checking of the tenancy agreement to ensure that it reflects the negotiated terms and represents a reasonable balance of the interests of both landlord and tenant, in line with good practice in residential lettings and management.

  • Ensure that any agreed repairs and refurbishment is carried out

  • Attend the inventory check-in and provide a written report to the tenant

  • Arrange the transfer of gas, electricity, water and council tax into the employee's name  

  • Ensure that a gas safety certificate is provided to the employee.

Purchase
