Case Management
Our experienced relocation case managers work hard to find out what it is that our clients and their employees need. With our business partner ethic, transparent costs, performance review and robust end-to-end processes and procedures, we can deliver a bespoke service that makes us very easy to do business with.
Service Specification:

Act as a single point of contact for the client and provide the client with regular updates on the progress of the employee’s relocation.

Brief the employee on their employer’s relocation policy and their entitlements.

Establish and deliver the employee’s requirements within the context of the client’s policy and in accordance with their business needs.

Manage the employee's relocation using either the client’s portfolio of suppliers, or our own.

Manage our suppliers to ensure that the employee receives an excellent service whilst, wherever possible, delivering cost savings to the client.
