Account management
It has been shown that utilising dedicated client account support teams achieves significant advances in our service to our clients. We attribute this to improved cohesiveness, trust and cooperation across the relationship.
All Robinsons corporate accounts are managed by a dedicated team that has the correct balance of experience, commitment and customer focus. In addition, our entire global resources work on your behalf through this dedicated account team.
As a minimum, each account has a Senior Account Manager who will have full responsibility for resources and issue resolution. In addition, an Account Manager will deal with the day-to-day account management as well as preparing and presenting performance and management data.
A dedicated Move Manager(s) will provide a complete Move Management Service to the relocating employee and their family and a dedicated Relocation Manager will provide a full range of destination services if required.
