Ian and Stephen from the Darlington team arrived on Saturday morning as arranged, and did an excellent job in unloading our gear. None of it was missing, none of it was broken, and it is all in excellent condition.

Saturday ran like clockwork, the only concern we had was for the two guys themselves. They had to drive on to Munich, and the snows hit the motorways heading south. Hopefully it did not impact them too much. Please pass on my thanks to them as they did an excellent job, as have you two guys in arranging the delivery. Throughout you have both done your utmost to set our minds at rest, and have proven yourselves time and again with your professionalism, knowledge and willingness to assist us wherever you could. It is greatly appreciated.

When we return, we will be sure to use your services again.

In our experience she was always polite, courteous and due to a problem with the shipping company on the day of our delivery, did more than was expected to ensure our shipment arrived without too much inconvenience, and all within a very professional manner.

It would be our intention to request our employer to appoint your company on our move back to Australia.
