Each of our services is delivered by specialists, by people with knowledge, passion, experience, skills and training relevant to the customers' needs in that particular area of our operation. For example, given the added complexities of international moving, our International Moving Division is a centre of excellence dedicated solely to international moving. The Division's staff have the specialist expertise, the knowledge of customs requirements, the in depth understanding of the sea and freight industry, destination country information and understanding of the whole business of international moving.

Whatever service you require and whoever you have contact with, you will be speaking to an expert in their subject. The key to this is training - and we at Robinsons are strongly committed towards the best training. We employ a full-time professional trainer who is trained, assessed and accredited by BAR (British Association of Removers) and TMI (The Movers Institute).

Our key 'Customer Is King' initiative, launched in November 2005, lies at the heart of everything we do. It is the driving force of our business, all day, every day. It aims to enable our staff to deliver the highest standards of customer service. As a company, we are constantly evolving in seeking to improve our levels of customer service and achieve high professional standards. We are not resting easy having achieved a 95.4% satisfaction scoring (data fed back to us from our clients), but we want to move this on to 98% and beyond.
